AS Instituteurs 3 – FC Euroatlas 0

If the difficulty level of the previous match was already high, what about this one? FC Euroatlas travelled to Belvaux to face AS Instituteurs, if not the strongest, for sure on of the top teams of the corporative league in Luxembourg and the champions in title.

The home team started the match making a constant pressure on the midfield and naturally, after a good combination the first goal appeared. A good goal without any chance to Iulian… FC Euroatlas started the game with the left foot, but after those first 10 min, manage to balance the game. Without provoking any damage on Instituteurs defense, it´s true, but the result remained 1-0 until the half time.

On the second half, the experience and physical condition of the home team prevailed and a new change on the score was inevitable… Instituteurs scored the second after a corner kick and finished with any hope on Euroatlas side. Things got worse for Euroatlas after the third goal against and the following injuries from Igor and Artur. Since all substitutions were made, Euroatlas had to play the last minutes with 10 players…

In the end 3-0 was the final result. FC Euroatlas made a good effort, but the 1^st division is another level and to face certain teams, they need to work hard… But this is way, to be the best, play against the best!
